Emergent Hotlist
The whole “emergent church” movement has always embraced the idea that they were counter-cultural within the evangelical context, so I’m sure Brian McLaren wouldn’t be surprised to see yet another “hotlist” of warnings that “Your pastor might be emergent if…” In that vein, I present one bloggers attempt at a non-exhaustive list of characteristics that are evidence that your pastor is leading your congregation into the dangers of emergent theology. I’d be interested in hearing what Quakers think of the emergent movement.
